(Week of October 6 – October 12, 2008)

Monday

Heroes.  So far so good this season, but like a jilted lover, we cannot get over last season’s poor writing betrayal so easily.  Let’s see where the storyline takes us.  NBC, 9pm EST.

Tuesday

Presidential Debate (Town Hall Meeting). Round 2 of the never-ending presidential debates come at you question & answer style.   There is no excuse not to be informed this political season.  Oh yeah,  if you say you have not made up your mind by now, you are a liar, maybe.  (Check your local listings)  9pm EST.

Wednesday

The Sarah Silverman Program.  She may be crass, silly, and a bit racist, but that may be a recipe for success.  Tune in and decide for yourself.  Comedy Central, 10:30pm EST.

Thursday

CSI (Season Premiere).  A perennial favorite.  It seems like every year they figure out a way to suck us back in.  If Double Edge from Poptimal.com’s “The Jone Dome” had his way, we would not have watched after they killed off Warrick, a.k.a Shazza Zulu ( A Different World).  But Jorja Fox makes an appearance in this episode.  Sorry D.E.  CBS, 9pm EST.

Friday

Life.  If you are not watching this show, you are missing out on one of the best shows on TV.  It may not make it into the next season so you should get your fill now.  NBC, 10pm EST.

Saturday

Macy’s Passport Celebrity Catwalk Challenge.  Eh . . . there is nothing else on.  Maybe somebody will fall off the catwalk . . . in the name of charity.  NBC, 8pm EST.

Sunday

The Amazing Race. Still one best shows.  You can enjoy it with the whole family.  After that, put the kids to bed and see what Vince and E are up to on Entourage. CBS, 8pm EST and HBO, 10pm EST.
