James has mentioned at fan events lately that Charlie De Mars (formerly of Ghost of the Robot) will possibly be doing something on his next album.

Correction: I believe he said that Ghost of the Robot would be featured in a song on his upcoming solo record. To the best of my knowledge this is not a Ghost of the Robot cd.

Just a note…James is singing solo now. He broke up the band, Ghost of the Robot several years ago after putting out one full album. Currently, he does gigs on his own, mainly acoustic sets. He has two CDs already- “Civilized Man” (which is very difficult to find having sold out) and “Like a Waterfall” (still available through his website and at live performances). Love the interview. One correction…Ghost of the Robot broke up in 2004. James has since released 2 CDs on his own. Glad to hear he’s working on a new one though. Also, can’t wait til Friday. This Caprica role sounds like it has great potential.
