Aswathi Zachariah

Aswathi grew up in Englewood, Colorado and now lives in Washington, D.C.  She is a lawyer by day and an avid television enthusiast by night.  In fact, she’s always listed television as one of the greatest loves of her life.  It started at an early age with classics such as You Can’t Do That On Television (and her first official crush on who else but Alasdair Gillis) to more mature programming including Three’s Company, Dallas and the Real Housewives of Every Single City Possible.

Growing up in a household where weekends were devoted to Bollywood, Aswathi also appreciates the occasional “Boy meets Girl, Boy falls for Girl, Girl’s parents banish Boy, Boy does intricate dance on a hillside with a dance troupe, and finally – Boy and Girl skip into the sunset.”  You love it!

These days, you can find Aswathi methodically catching up on all her DVR’d shows including Mad Men, South Park, Top Chef, Modern Family, Project Runway, Barefoot Contessa and the occasional Lifetime movie (all the greats made an appearance on this ground-breaking channel at some point or another – you know it!).

If not watching television, Aswathi is most likely reading, gardening, trying to endure Bikram yoga classes or collecting more stamps on her passport.
